How Pricing Works

Treatment cost depends on what you actually need, which is why an honest number can only follow an assessment. What we can set out plainly is how quoting works and what it includes.

At a glance
  • You receive a written quote before anything is booked, not after.
  • The quote covers the plan discussed, including review appointments.
  • Advertised prices for prescription treatments are restricted by Australian law.
  • There is no obligation to proceed, and no pressure to decide on the day.

The consultation

A consultation is an appointment in its own right: history, assessment, discussion of options and their limits, and a written plan. Its fee is confirmed when you book, so there are no surprises at reception.

If you decide not to proceed with anything, that is a complete and legitimate outcome. Consultations are not a sales step.

Why treatment prices are not listed

Two reasons. The first is clinical: the cost of a plan depends on the concern, the number of sessions and what suits your skin, so a list price would be a guess with a dollar sign on it.

The second is legal. Australian law restricts how treatments involving prescription medicines can be advertised, including price advertising and inducements such as discounts and package offers. A clinic advertising cheap prescription treatments is telling you something about how it operates.

What we will not do

No time-limited discounts, no package deals used as pressure, and no pricing that depends on deciding today.

What your quote includes

  • The specific plan discussed at your consultation
  • The number of sessions anticipated, and their spacing
  • Review appointments built into the plan
  • What aftercare is included and what is not
  • What would change the cost, and why

On comparing clinics

Price differences usually reflect real differences: who performs the assessment, how much time you get, what governance sits behind the treatment and what happens if something goes wrong. The guide to choosing a practitioner covers what to compare beyond the number.

Frequently asked

Pricing questions

How much does a consultation cost?

The consultation fee is confirmed when you book, so you know it before you attend. Contact the clinic and we will tell you directly.

Why can’t you list treatment prices online?

Because cost depends on the assessed plan, and because Australian law restricts advertising of treatments involving prescription medicines, including price advertising and inducements.

Do I have to proceed after a consultation?

No. Deciding not to proceed is a complete outcome, and there is no pressure to decide on the day.

Do you offer packages or discounts?

We do not use discounts or time-limited offers as an inducement to treatment. Plans are quoted on what is clinically appropriate.

Will I get the quote in writing?

Yes. You receive a written plan and quote before anything is booked.

Important: All cosmetic treatments are performed by qualified practitioners following Australian health regulations. Individual results may vary. A consultation is required prior to any treatment to assess suitability and discuss realistic expectations. Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
