3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Certain treatments may have additional eligibility requirements based on medical considerations, which will be discussed during your consultation.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. A booking confirmation will be sent to you upon successful scheduling.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Before receiving any treatment, you will be required to:

8. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and EFTPOS. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, refunds are generally not offered once a treatment has been performed. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us to discuss your options.
